Welcome to our summer service update. During the summer, the #1 preventative summer maintenance activity we recommend to all customers is:

Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM), which includes:

• Changing all filters
• Compressor tip seal rebuilds on compressors over 10,000 hours
• Inspection of vital components like check valves, electrical harnesses, backplanes, dryers, air-water separators, water safety drains. 

In addition, Novazone offers a very attractive System Audit and annual PM Service where we check over 50 vital assemblies, connections, components, and sub-systems that will bring peace of mind during these summer months. 

In the last two months alone Novazone has greatly increased the number of service contracts to our customers as we are recognized not only as the equipment experts, but as application and system experts as well. 

Our highly trained technicians and application engineers can quickly check, diagnose, test, and repair/replace worn-out or broken parts quickly and efficiently.  These customers are also seeing the benefits of our Advance Replacement Program, labor and spare part programs, priority tech support assistance, and emergency response - all which provide a solid ROI. 

We offer monthly, quarterly, seasonal, semi-annual and annual programs tailored and designed to fit any site’s needs.  

Our January 2007 start of the 7x24 Service Call Center (1-877-668-0303) has been a tremendous success.  To date, we have fielded hundreds of calls from customers who want to speak to a live person.  The service is free today so don’t hesitate to call today and get your questions answered quickly. 

Lastly, many of you have probably noticed the new logo on our web site and on this letter. With the release of two new product lines, Eclipse and PurFresh™, we are providing more advanced and complete solutions that continue to allow us to set the standard as the leading provider of clean technology solutions for food and water.  The PurFresh™ product offers a shipping container solution for reducing decay, controlling over-ripening and enhancing food safety of fresh produce during transit.
